Father,
As the dawn breaks and the world awakens, I praise You for Your steadfast love and mercy that are new every morning.
Thank You for the breath in my lungs and the opportunity to serve You today. Fill my heart with joy, my mind with clarity, and my spirit with purpose. Help me to embrace Your faithfulness and to trust in Your perfect plans for this day.
May I walk with humility, kindness, and boldness to share Your love with others. When challenges come my way, remind me of Your promises and equip me with the strength to overcome.
Let my actions glorify You, Lord, and bring light to those around me. Guide my steps and bless my work, that it may honor You and build Your kingdom. Amen.
Afternoon Prayer for March 26 2025
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Lord Jesus,
As the midday hours stretch before me, I come to You seeking rest and renewal.
This afternoon, I pause to reflect on Your goodness and lay my burdens at Your feet. When fatigue or frustration sets in, remind me to turn to You, the source of my strength and peace.
Grant me wisdom in the tasks I am undertaking and patience in the interactions I have with others. Help me to see Your hand at work in the details of this day—whether in moments of joy or in trials.
Please fill me with peace that surpasses understanding and allow me to press forward with faith and determination. May this afternoon be a time of communion with You, as I trust in Your provision and care. Amen.

Loving Shepherd,
As the day comes to a close, I thank You for Your presence that has guided me every step of the way.
Thank You for the blessings, big and small, that enriched today. Forgive me for the moments I fell short and give me the grace to learn and grow.
As the night settles in, I entrust myself and my loved ones to Your care. Cover us with Your protection, Lord, and grant us restful sleep.
Restore my soul tonight so that I may rise tomorrow with renewed strength and a heart eager to follow You.
May Your peace surround us like a comforting embrace and Your angels stand guard over our home. Help me to let go of worries and trust in Your plans for tomorrow. Amen.
