What does the Bible say about Healing and Recovery?
Our God is almighty, he is love, and he accompanies us and blesses us always.
God has given us the most incredible miracle we can ever experience: the salvation of our souls. But he also wants to help us amid our daily struggles and difficulties.
One of the requests we make of him most often is for healing because we live in physical bodies that suffer from illness and pain.
In the Bible, we find many examples of divine healing. God’s power does not change. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Malachi 3: 6; Hebrews 13: 8), and we can trust that he still heals.
In the book of Psalms, we find several verses that can help us meditate and pray in times of illness.
Let us pray and trust! Almighty God is with us in the midst of any situation. He listens to us and will act according to his will.

Psalms for Healing and Recovery.
One of God’s names is Jehovah Rapha, which means “The Lord who heals.” Therefore, he is the doctor of doctors. There is no disease or adverse condition that He cannot cure.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And the perilous pestilence.
He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings, you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.”

Psalms of Healing for Cancer Patients.
Faith in God is not a vaccine against cancer, but a guarantee of total health. This psalm is not a promise of complete immunity, but a statement of full confidence. Trust in God’s divine healing with these psalms.

Psalms for Healing a Broken Relationship.
Jesus has all the power to heal. The Lord heals the spirit first, taking sin from the heart. He also can heal a broken relationship. What’s more, Jesus can heal the soul, healing wounded feelings and soul aches. Jesus is the great doctor.
Some broken relationships have a spiritual side. For total healing, it is crucial to address the spiritual side. This is called liberation. Jesus can deliver from any evil spiritual influence and bring about complete healing.

God gives his children spiritual and physical health.
Our soul is renewed if we focus on the goodness and blessings that God has given us. It is good to remember all that God has given us and done for us even when we are amid difficulties.
God gave us eternal life, the forgiveness of our sins, and the healing of our ailments, both spiritual and physical because God’s power has no limits.
“To You, I will cry, O Lord my Rock: Do not be silent to me, Lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. Hear the voice of my supplications When I cry to You When I lift my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.”
Blessed be the Lord Because He has heard the voice of my supplications!
The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song, I will praise Him. The Lord is [a]their strength, And He is the saving refuge of His [b]anointed.
“O Lord my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me. O Lord, You brought my soul up from the grave; You have kept me alive, [a]that I should not go down to the pit.”

Psalm 38: 15

God is a Supernatural Healer.
When the kingdom of God manifests, miracles, healing, and deliverance occur. God is almighty and wants to heal those who come to him. There is nothing impossible for God when the decision to heal is in your heart.
We must cry out to God amid our sickness and pain; he listens to us and is ready to act. In Psalm 107: 19-20, we see that the people of Israel remember a time when they had felt distressed.
When they cried out to God, he gave them salvation and healing. God sent his word to heal them through someone (an angel?) And rescued them from death because the situation was complicated.
“Blessed is he who considers the [a]poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.

Psalm 88: 1-4
“O Lord, God of my salvation, I have cried out day and night before You. Let my prayer come before You; Incline Your ear to my cry.
For my soul is full of troubles, And my life draws near to the grave. I am counted with those who go[c] down to the pit. I am like a man who has no strength.”
“Preserve[a] me, O God, for in You I put my trust. O, my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You.”
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not [a]want. He makes me lie down in [b]green pastures. He leads me beside the [c]still waters.

Advances in medicine are undoubtedly making outstanding achievements possible, but there is no better treatment for our health than faith.
