I grew up saying bedtime prayers for protection like ” Now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord, my soul, to keep”.
The nighttime is a very crucial time in any person’s life. It is a time where people are most susceptible to attacks, both physical and spiritual.
This is because the night is mostly a period of rest and while resting, one is numb to consciousness.
The enemy, therefore, takes advantage of the night to cause damage and inflict pain. Do you nurse fear when it’s nightfall and when bedtime approaches?
