Psalm 16:8 (NIV) – I have set the LORD always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

Our Father in Heaven, I adore you for the gift of a new day. This morning I ask that you take care of my overwhelming needs.
The Scripture tells me that the earth is yours and the fullness thereof. Also, the cattle upon a thousand hills belong to you, dear Father.
Hence, I know that my needs, no matter how numerous, are nothing before you. So, I pray that you will grant my spiritual, physical, material, and financial needs.

James 1:5 (NIV) – If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.
Loving God, you know what I have to do today. I require divine wisdom to accomplish them. Your word tells us to come to you if we lack wisdom.
So, here I am, Lord. My wisdom will fail me today if you don’t fill me with yours. That’s why I ask specifically for wisdom today.

Psalm 118:24-25 (NIV): The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad. 25: Lord, save us! Lord, grant us success!
O Gracious God, it’s the last day of the month and I thank you from the depth of my heart for preservation, provision, and protection.
If it hadn’t been for you on our side, I can’t imagine what would have been our fate. So, on this special day, I say thank you, dear Jesus.
You alone are deserving of all praises, adoration, thanksgiving, and worship. Be exalted now and forevermore, Amen!
Conclusion
The Scripture in Psalm 127:1-2 says, Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for he grants sleep to those he loves. What this connotes is that we all need God on our side daily.
Otherwise, we may not enjoy divine protection and provision daily. Even worse, we may engage in profitless hard work without His hands upon our labor. So, I encourage you to engage God with these payers for April 2022.
